Ambassador of Cuba: 'I admire the rapid development of Tuyen Quang province'
On May 25 and 26, Cuba's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in Vietnam, Herminio Lopez Diaz, and his delegation visited and exchanged friendship in the province on the occasion of the 56th anniversary of the "Victory of Giron" by the Republic of Cuba.
