For the 2017-2022 term, the association advised the Provincial People's Committee on many policies to develop and improve the business environment. The Association has coordinated to guide member enterprises to register their business via the Internet; organized dialogues with the authorities on tackling business problems and providing legal assistance to enterprises. The association has 469 members, living in 7 business associations in districts and cities. In the past 5 years, member enterprises in the province have paid over VND 7,000 billion to the State budget and performed social work of over VND 126 billion.

Delivering a speech at the congress, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Chẩu Văn Lâm praised the efforts and contributions of the business community and the Provincial Business Association for Tuyên Quang. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee reaffirmed that the Provincial Business Association plays an important role as a connection between state agencies and businesses, aiming to create the best conditions for businesses and build a strong business community in Tuyên Quang.

The Congress elected the Chairman, 12 Vice Presidents and Standing Committee, Executive Board of the Provincial Business Association, term 2022-2027. Comrade Nguyễn Hữu Thập was re-elected Chairman of the Provincial Business Association.
On this occasion, the Provincial Business Association donated 100 million VND to the Study Promotion Fund and the Fund for the Poor of the province.
