Over the past 10 years, the Law on Popularity and Legal Education has been effectively implemented. Agencies, organizations and units in the province have conducted 102,537 legal propaganda sessions for over 9.9 million people; conducted 37,075 legal consultations for over 68 thousand people; made 522,757 propaganda articles on mass media and social networks; organized 994 contests and contests to learn the law, attracting 457,595 participants; successfully reconciled 37,771 cases; compiled 6,714 propaganda documents with over 2.1 million copies, of which 3,455 documents were translated into ethnic languages.

Delivering a speech at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoàng Việt Phương highly appreciated the efforts of agencies, units and organizations in carrying out the work of law dissemination and education. Comrade Hoàng Việt Phương suggested that agencies, units, localities, and propagandists continue to strictly and effectively implement the Law on law dissemination and education; renovating methods and applying information technology in propaganda. At the same time, effectively implement the Law on Cybersecurity.
At the conference, the Organizing Committee of the Online Contest "Understanding Institutional Reform" awarded 41 individuals with excellent papers through the rounds.
