In addition to focusing on supporting the infrastructures, there were 17 communes have been funded for planning landmarks, 31 communes and Yen Son have been budgeted VN$ 12.8 billion, 6/7 districts, town have established coordination offices for new rural construction.

To obtain the goals of new rural construction in 2017, the province is asking sectors, localities and agencies to well implement 19 criteria, as follows: planning and implementation of the planning, rural traffic roads, irrigation schemes, electricity, schools system, cultural facilities, rural markets, post offices, housing support, income per capita/year, poor rates, labor structure, education, health care, culture, environment, system of politic-social organization; security and social order.
