Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong is one of the witnesses at  the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding aimed at receiving Vietnamese workers ,who will be employed as the seasonal worker in Imsil district. 

 
 For the first time in history, Tuyen Quang city establishes a working relationship with Imsil district. Leaders of Tuyen Quang City People's Committee expressed their  desire to strengthen and maintain a good, steady relationship after the working relationship between the two localities was established and contractual agreements were signed.
In his speech to the meeting,  Head of Imsil district  Shim Min expressed his overwhelming feelings  when welcoming the Vice Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee and the delegation. The Head of Imsil  district underlined that the visit of the delegation from Tuyen Quang province contributed to the close working relationship between Korea and Vietnam, heading towards  the 30th anniversary of the establishment of international relations between the two countries. He said Imsil district was willing to share feelings and promote the cooperation with Tuyen Quang city in developing economic sectors that have great advantages, as well as  in employing Tuyen Quang city's workers.

In May 2022, Imsil district employed 30 workers from Vietnam. In their speeches to the meeting, Head of the district Shim Min and Chairman of the district council Lee Seong-Jea highly appreciated the skills, capacity for work , sense of organization and discipline Vietnamese workers have. Both  of them expressed the desire to have  more workers from Tuyen Quang province  after signing the Memorandum of Understanding aimed at employing workers as the seasonal worker. The district has made a promise that they will create the best conditions for the workers from Tuyen Quang province.

The meeting also discussed the security measures that need  to be taken in order to manage the underlying problem of Vietnamese workers in Korea, not to allow Vietnamese workers to go against Korean laws and legal regulations or run away from the places where they are living.
The head of Imsil district  Shim Min  gladly accepted the invitation of the provincial leader to visit Tuyen Quang province when having a suitable  occasion. It is expected that  he will visit Tuyen Quang city around March next year to further explore the potentials for the economic cooperation and development.
